DESCRIPTION

A 6-serving cake composed of a biscuit base, a first layer of mango and orange blossom water compote, and a second layer of almond cream with crunchy white chocolate pearls. The whole is enveloped in a delicious mousse of local sugar and rosemary. The different flavors are very well perceived on the palate, perfectly balanced.
