How does Deluxy work?

Deluxy is a luxury delivery service whose mission is to delight customers with handcrafted products and curated experiences from trusted artists. White-glove delivery is available daily in Milan, Monza, Rome, and Florence, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Deluxy also offers the possibility of complete customization of the surprise, to make it even more special. Our Experts will always be at your disposal to advise you and to meet all your requests.

Product origin

Deluxy uses the best local artists, who exclusively use the highest quality raw materials to guarantee fresh, refined and excellent creations. For this reason, the prices shown, including VAT in Euros, may be subject to change.

All information on the essential characteristics of the products is provided in the identification sheet of each one. However, images and colors may not correspond to the real ones, due to the device used to view them or the artist's creativity/availability.

Customization options

In addition to the customization options available on the product page, you can add a personalized message free of charge in the notes section when placing your order, or by contacting us via WhatsApp at 02 8295 2899.

Deluxe delivery

The delivery cost refers to the exclusive service offered by our team of Valet, specialized professionals recognizable by their elegant attire and distinctive white gloves. If the pickup point is more than 15 km from the shipping address, an additional charge may be required to process the order.

Delivery outside of Milan, Rome, and Florence

In this case, Deluxy Customer Service can assist you in creating the experience by using selected local artists who are not sponsored on the Site, but who can offer you the highest quality and freshness.

Delivery and Support

If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery, with a possible additional charge for the extra service. Deluxy is committed to fulfilling your delivery requests, but cannot guarantee the integrity of the products during a redelivery.

To avoid any inconvenience, please provide a suitable delivery time so that the recipient will be available at the indicated address. If we cannot be certain of their presence, we will contact the recipient directly to agree on an optimal delivery time slot.

Return Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Articles 52, 58, and 59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are perishable or have a short shelf life, and to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons. However, Deluxy is committed to ensuring the highest quality of your shopping experience. If you receive an incorrect product or one that does not conform to your order, we will investigate and then issue a refund based on the extent of the error or non-conformity.

Deluxy cannot be held responsible for any damage to property or persons resulting from circumstances not attributable to the quality or correct execution of the requested service. All responsibility regarding composition, ingredients, and the presence of any allergens rests solely with the indicated producer or supplier.

Billing

If you require an invoice, you must request it before placing your order via our Customer Service. In any case, no receipt or invoice will be sent to the recipient. If requested, you can receive the receipt via email by contacting us at 02 8295 2899.
