DESCRIPTION

Following the success of their pistachio and chocolate panettone, Martesana's Master Pastry Chefs decided to re-propose this delicious recipe for Easter. The tradition of the classic colomba meets Sicilian flavors: a dark chocolate glaze and pistachio crumble enclose a flavorful dough, thanks to an internal chocolate filling and accompanying pistachio spread.

Ingredients

Soft wheat flour type "00", Butter 16% (milk origin: EU countries), Sugar, Milk chocolate 12% (32% cocoa min.-sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla powder), Water, Shelled, pasteurized egg yolk from free-range hens of Italian origin, Natural yeast (contains wheat), Pistachio puree 4%, Acacia honey (origin: EU or non-EU countries), Natural extracts of vanilla, lemon, orange and mandarin, Salt. Filling cream 10% (pistachios 35%, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils-sunflower, palm- milk proteins, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, salt, colored with: chlorophyll, curcumin).

Decoration: Pistachios 50%, Dark chocolate 30% (cocoa 55%, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin), Gianduia cream 20% (sugar, vegetable oils-sunflower, safflower, shea-, cocoa powder, hazelnut puree, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings).
