DESCRIPTION

A 6-serving cake, or rather, a journey into Mayan culture through Tulakalum 75% dark chocolate mousse, a delicious double caramel cream, and two layers of biscuit with cocoa flour and Ispica sesame seeds. On top, a meditation wine jelly elegantly supports decorations in chocolate and edible pure silver.
