DESCRIPTION

Pastiera, as tradition dictates in Naples: shortcrust pastry rich in butter and vanilla, filling made with cooked wheat, candied orange and orange blossom water. Fragrant and delicious, enhanced by the warm notes of vanilla bean.

Ingredients
  • Shortcrust pastry: type 00 WHEAT flour, BUTTER (82% fat), granulated sugar, powdered sugar, ALMONDS, pasteurized EGGS, lemon, salt, Madagascar vanilla.
  • Filling: Fresh cow's RICOTTA, pastry cream (MILK, EGG YOLKS, sugar, CREAM, pectin x58, rice starch, Madagascar vanilla, Tahiti vanilla), cooked WHEAT, candied orange cubes (orange peels, glucose syrup), MILK, candied orange paste (orange peels, glucose syrup), BUTTER, orange blossom water, Madagascar vanilla.
