DESCRIPTION

Gilli's almond panettone uses live sourdough and is left to rise for 36 hours. It's enriched with candied orange and lemon cubes, Australian raisins, fresh orange paste, and vanilla beans, offering a refreshing and intense aroma. It's topped with a glaze of "first choice Bari" natural almonds, adding crunch and intense flavor.
