DESCRIPTION

A traditional panettone with almond icing, 6-crown sultanas, and candied Calabrian orange, whose thick peel makes it much more aromatic and soft. A product with the enveloping flavor of dairy butter and an intense vanilla aroma reminiscent of traditional flavors.

Ingredients

00 FLOUR, sourdough starter, sugar, salt, EGG yolk, BUTTER, honey, candied orange peel, sultanas, vanilla pods. Glaze: ALMOND flour, sugar, rice starch, EGG white.
