Base: shortcrust (00 flour for shortcrust, butter from Fiandino farms, sugar, eggs, salt, lemon zest)
Filling: diced apples (diced apples, water, apple puree, sugar, concentrated apple juice, modified corn starch e1442, natural flavoring, acidifiers: citric acid e330 and ascorbic acid e300, preservative: potassium sorbate) and pastry cream
