The cake that bears our name is the treasure chest of our tradition and the flavor of our origins.
A light Torta Paradiso, made with rice flour and wet maraschino, is enriched by two layers of wonderful custard and all finished with a delicious grain of sponge cake. The Martesana cake celebrates the classic flavors of the past in the modern form of experience.

Pasteurized fresh whole milk from: Italy, Pasteurized egg yolk, from free-range farms, from: Italy, Water, Sugar, “00” type soft wheat flour, Pasteurized fresh cream (milk origin: Italy), Albumen of pasteurized egg, from farms on the ground, of origin: Italy. Dark chocolate MG 55% (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin), liqueur, rice starch, acacia honey (origin: EU and non-EU countries), vanilla pods, lemon zest.
May contain: Lactose, Gluten, Eggs, Peanuts, Nuts, Soy and derivatives.
