From painstaking aging in fine wood, Riserva 18.46 is born, a grappa made from the pomace of Barbera and Dolcetto reds, blended to create a dry and aromatic blend. The name - in addition to referring to the 18 months of aging in barrel number 46 - directly references the company's founding date. Extraction is followed by blending and further aging for at least six months in chestnut barrels.
