Details
“Gianduia” is a type of chocolate mixture that originated in Turin in 1806 by ingenious chocolatiers who, during the Napoleonic blockade, replaced the now expensive cocoa with the round hazelnut from the Langhe.
The Great Classics, expressed in four creations, represent the highest expression of the classic nature of some excellent raw materials: from the Sicilian Pistachio Feudo San Biagio, to the Noto Almond, to the Piedmont Hazelnut, as well as the extra dark version made with 85% Colombian single-origin chocolate.
The Symphonies by Enrico Rizzi are inspired in some cases by “classic” pairings, such as the combination of almond and candied citrus, but always add a personal touch. In other cases, they combine seemingly distant and unusual ingredients, if not even unique, such as in the case of caramel, cocoa beans, and Maldon salt.
