Three-tier cake with sponge cake base and cream of your choice among chantilly, pastry cream, chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut or zabaglione. The elegant ivory coating is enriched with sparkling silver gems of various sizes and finely crafted cream decorations, for a sophisticated and luxurious jewel-like effect.
