An elegant creation, made in a certified vegan, consisting of a golden and crumbly shortcrust base, filled with a velvety vanilla pastry cream. The surface is harmoniously decorated with selected seasonal fresh fruit – including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, yellow cherries, currants, and peaches – completed with a light glaze.
