The Babbaiola tart is a jewel of Neapolitan tradition, created in Marechiaro by pastry chef Rosa di Marechiaro, known as "la babbaiola." Made with a crumbly shortcrust pastry flavored with lemon zest and a lemon cream filling, it exudes freshness and delicately envelops the palate.

At Malìa, this artisanal tart is prepared daily in the Milan laboratory, bringing the authentic and refined taste of Neapolitan pastry to the table.
