A tribute to one of the world's finest chocolates: Criollo Chuao 75%. The tart consists of a crunchy chocolate shortcrust pastry base, a Criollo Chuao 75% chocolate ganache, and a cascade of fragrant fresh raspberries, all decorated with 24k gold flakes.

Ingredients

Chocolate shortcrust pastry: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, EGGS, dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cane sugar, cocoa butter, SOY lecithin), salt.
