Enveloping 62% dark chocolate mousse from Madagascar, a tangy raspberry gelée, a warm creamy Madagascar vanilla, a soft 72% dark chocolate biscuit from Venezuela, and a pistachio crunch at the base.

  • Raspberry gelée: raspberry puree *thawed, sugar, animal granular gelatin.

  • Sponge cake: liquid egg whites, pasteurized egg yolks, granulated sugar, dark chocolate (64%) (cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), WHIPPING CREAM (35% fat), glucose syrup (sugar derived from starch, water), type 00 WHEAT flour, corn starch, cocoa powder.
