Ingredients

Fresh cheese, pasteurized cream (milk) from: EU country, sugar, water, pasteurized shelled egg yolk from free-range farms of Italian origin, gelatin, thickener (carob seeds).

Tartlet base: wheat flour, butter 20% (milk), powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), glucose syrup, egg from free-range farming, emulsifier E471 salt, antioxidants E300, cocoa butter 7%.
