The Biancomangiare cake is a refined and delicious dessert, perfect for any special occasion. The crunchy and light shortcrust base welcomes a heart of caramelized apples, sweet and aromatic. It is filled with a rich almond cream that combines with the freshness of lemon cream.

Ingredients

Shortcrust: rice flour, pasteurized butter (milk Italy), almond flour, granulated sugar, pasteurized egg white, natural flavors, salt, yeast. Caramelized apples (apples 70%, sugar, water, modified starch, acidity regulator, citric acid E330, E202, flavors.

Almond cream: pasteurized cream (Italian milk), sugar, almond paste (roasted almonds, flavor), water, food-grade gelatin.

Lemon cream: pasteurized butter (Italian milk), powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), pasteurized egg yolk (eggs: Italy), lemon juice, pasteurized eggs (Italy), corn starch, lemon.
