The Babbaiola Tart is a jewel of Neapolitan tradition, born in Marechiaro thanks to the pastry chef Rosa di Marechiaro, known as 'la babbaiola'. Made with a crumbly shortcrust pastry flavored with lemon zest and a lemon cream filling, it exudes freshness and envelops the palate with delicacy.

From Malìa, this artisanal tart is prepared daily in the Milan laboratory, to bring the authentic and refined taste of Neapolitan pastry to your table.
