A tribute to one of the best chocolates in the world: Criollo Chuao 75%. The tart consists of a crunchy chocolate shortcrust base, a ganache made with Criollo Chuao 75% chocolate, and a cascade of fragrant fresh raspberries, all decorated with 24k gold flakes.
