DESCRIPTION

A very crispy Sicilian pistachio shortcrust pastry encloses a creamy Sicilian pistachio ganache, topped with a layer of Amalfi lemon marmalade, a cascade of fragrant fresh strawberries, and a few dots of cream made with two kinds of vanilla: Madagascar and Tahiti.

Ingredients

Pistachio shortbread: type 00 WHEAT flour, BUTTER (82% fat), Sicilian PISTACHIOS (23.50%), granulated sugar, freeze-dried EGG white, lemon, salt, Madagascar vanilla.
Pistachio Ganache: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, possible presence of NUTS, SOY), PISTACHIO paste (100% Sicilian PISTACHIOS), glucose syrup (sugar derived from starch, water), food gelatin (100% pure food gelatin, GLUTEN-free).
Lemon marmalade: Amalfi lemons (60%), granulated sugar, gelling agent: pectin NH, salt.
Two Vanilla Cream: MILK, EGG YOLKS, granulated sugar, CREAM, rice starch, pectin X58, organic Madagascar vanilla bean, Tahiti vanilla bean.
