A crunchy Sicilian pistachio shortcrust encloses a creamy Sicilian pistachio ganache, topped with a layer of Amalfi lemon jam, a cascade of fragrant fresh strawberries, and a touch of cream with Madagascar and Tahiti vanilla.

Ingredients

Pistachio Sablée: 00 type WHEAT flour, BUTTER (82% fat), Sicilian PISTACHIOS (23.50%), granulated sugar, dehydrated EGG white, lemon, salt, Madagascar vanilla.
Pistachio ganache: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, possible presence of NUTS, SOY), PISTACHIO paste (100% Sicilian PISTACHIOS), glucose syrup (sugar derived from starch, water) food gelatin (pure 100% food granular gelatin, gluten-free).
