Capjari is a gin that combines the elegance of tradition with a deeply innovative soul. A distillate with a unique character, inspired by Java long pepper, from which it takes its name in Indonesian.
The juniper is infused and distilled individually to enhance its aromas and scents, while the other 10 botanicals are individually subjected to a long infusion process. The whole is then expertly mixed and redistilled, once again, in a copper still to ensure optimal extraction of all the flavors and scents.
Among the herbs, plants and spices used in its preparation, in addition to juniper, stand out cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, citrus peel, cloves, orris root (Tuscan iris) and the special long Java pepper.
