The king of Christmas. An award-winning panettone that has stolen the hearts of everyone who's tasted it. Gianduja dough made with 60% single-origin Ecuador dark chocolate, PGI Piedmont hazelnuts, and topped with 62% single-origin Ivory Coast chocolate chips.

Awarded as the best chocolate panettone in Italy at “Panettone senza confini” and best panettone in Rome at “Panettone Maximo”.

Ingredients

00 FLOUR, sourdough starter, sugar, salt, EGG yolk, BUTTER, honey, vanilla pods, PGI Piedmont HAZELNUTS, single-origin dark chocolate (60% Ecuador), single-origin chocolate cubes (62% Ivory Coast). Glaze: ALMOND flour, sugar, rice starch, EGG white.
