DESCRIPTION

Roccocò are traditional Neapolitan Christmas cookies, legendary for their origins in 1320 thanks to the nuns of the Royal Convent of the Maddalena in Naples. Made by Malìa in her Milan workshop, they use a dough made with toasted almonds, flour, sugar, and the famous pisto (a Neapolitan spice blend that includes cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and coriander).
