Two-tier cake with a sponge cake base and a choice of Chantilly, pastry cream, chocolate, pistachio, hazelnut or zabaglione cream. The covering is made of sugar paste. The lower tier is decorated with vertical stripes, black and white, and gold pearls at the base. The upper tier has a quilted pattern with gold pearls and a scroll with a black sugar paste bow. On top is the sugar paste graduation hat.
