DESCRIPTION

A soft dough made with Gilli's signature live sourdough, flavored with candied orange paste. Inside, milk chocolate cubes and candied raspberries combine in a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness. The whole thing is covered with a delicate chocolate and raspberry glaze.

Ingredients

Type 00 wheat flour, live yeast, sugar, salt, egg yolk, butter, honey, candied raspberries (raspberries, glucose syrup, sugar, acids (citric acid, tartaric acid), natural black carrot flavoring), milk chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, white cane sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh orange paste, vanilla pods. Glaze: raspberry chocolate (white cane sugar, cocoa butter, raspberry powder (15%), sunflower lecithin), light almond paste, freeze-dried raspberry powder.
