Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine Milano represents the conjugation of traditional Japanese cuisine with the best Mediterranean ingredients.

Within its special 9-course tasting menu you can find the best proposals for a one-way trip to the East:

  • Oriental Sicilia : Mazara red prawns on daikon leaf marinated in rice vinegar with tuna tartare and sturgeon caviar
  • Marinated anchovies : anchovies marinated in Champagne vinegar

  • Carpaccio of the 5 Continents : tuna, salmon, sea bass accompanied by a marinated sauce based on citrus fruits, lemongrass, ginger, fennel seeds, basil chives, fresh coriander, sesame oil

  • Triangle tuna : India, Japan and Italy, ingredients from the three countries. Seared tuna with Punjab pepper sauce, Japanese mustard, ginger and extra virgin olive oil

  • Angus carpaccio: Angus fillet accompanied by soy sauce prepared with Champagne vinegar, Banylus, creamy Wicky sauce, sake, salt, extra virgin olive oil and black pepper

  • Kan Wicky's Brand Special Sushi : 4 pieces of aburi nighiri

  • ARC-EN-CIEL maki : 4 pieces of maki with sea bass tempura, crabmeat and avocado, rolled in fish carpaccio, avocado with yuzu cream and Wicky's sweet sauce

  • "Magic": fillet of sea bass served with a Champagne and white wine sauce flavored with lemon and soy

  • Wikakuni Kyoto : typical Japanese piglet boiled for 16 hours according to the Ryutei Kaneki technique, caramelized apple and mustard

  • INSTRUCTIONS TO BEST TASTE THE COOKED DISHES OF THE TASTING MENU

    At a temperature of 130°C, leaving them in their box, but without the lid. If you don't have a conventional oven, the microwave is fine. In this case the dishes must be heated for about 3 minutes at the power of 300 W.
