Pitted Taggiasca olives are a quality of black olives coming from the best olive trees of the Ligurian Riviera; they undergo a careful selection and are preserved in excellent extra virgin olive oil.
- Varzi Salami 500g.
Salame di Varzi owes its quality to the optimal dosage of carefully selected ingredients, to the processing techniques that have been refined over the centuries, while maintaining their originality.
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for 3 years .
The cows from which Parmesan comes eat hay from a centuries-old meadow, which contains herbs and essences that are now unknown and unobtainable, giving the cheese exclusive aromas.
- Cantabrian anchovies 6/7 fillets 98g.
They are larger and meatier than the national ones, with more compact meat that does not fall apart.
