- Fresh white truffle approx. 25 g. Fresh white truffle is considered the most valuable variety of truffle. We select directly from the miners to offer you a wide availability and the best quality.
- Truffle butter 80g. White truffle butter is a condiment made with butter and fine white truffle (1%). The intense and balanced aroma of truffle in a glass jar ready to use.
- White truffle cream 25g. The white truffle cream (89% of prized white truffle) is a real concentrate of white truffle, produced from our fresh truffles selected by Mgm Alimentari.
- Creamy truffle sauce 90g. The creamy sauce with white truffles is a soft and tasty sauce, the preparation based on mixed cheeses makes it ready for consumption.

- Black summer truffle - hooked - prized approx. 30g. The fresh black summer truffle is considered very similar to the black uncinato truffle. Known as scorzone, it has a light, aromatic and mushroomy scent and a pleasant and delicate taste. The black uncinato truffle, compared to the scorzone, has a more intense scent and recalls the scent of dried fruit and cheese.
- Black truffle cream 25g. The fresh black truffle is the rarest of black truffles. The Cream is a concentrate of black truffle produced by hand with the best fresh truffles selected by MGM Alimentari.
Made from 89% premium black truffle, this tube is the perfect substitute for fresh truffle.
