The Neapolitan Pastiera is one of the symbols of Neapolitan pastry tradition, carefully and passionately prepared in the Malìa workshop in Milan. It contains a soft filling of fresh ricotta, cooked wheat, eggs, sugar, and natural aromas, enriched with orange peel and orange blossom water, which give it the unmistakable scent of Neapolitan spring.
