These macarons by Enrico Rizzi are a unique expression of rare and precious flavors, made with elegant, pearly-colored sweet shells. The flavors in each box are:
- CHAMPAGNE "DOM PÉRIGNON"®, whose fame is worldwide. This exceptional wine is dedicated to the Benedictine monk, linked to the origins of Champagne itself. The creaminess of the white chocolate gently accompanies the fruity, spicy, mature and citrus notes.
- PANTELERIA PASSITO "BEN RYÉ"®, originating from Donnafugata, is one of the most famous Sicilian passitos in the world. Its name means "daughter of the wind," an epithet attributed to this island, which is struck by winds that blow over the grapevines and crops, carrying with them intense and very characteristic aromas. The natural drying on racks in the sun for 3-4 weeks gives notes of apricot, peach, dried figs, and honey: a light and harmonious blend of sweetness, softness, and savoriness.
- SAUTERNES "CHÂTEAU D'YQUEM"®, produced only in the best vintages from Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in vineyards located in the southwest of Bordeaux, an area where ideal conditions exist for the development of Botrytis Cinerea, or "noble rot", which imparts silky aromas. The elegance of white chocolate enhances the warmth of notes of saffron, dried fruit, candied fruit, honey and nougat.
