DESCRIPTION
These macarons by Enrico Rizzi are a unique expression of rare and precious foods, made with elegant, pearly-colored sweet shells that enclose soft, buttery creams with flakes of Maldon sea salt. The flavors in each box are:
- WILD SALMON, from the pristine rivers of Alaska, smoked with a slow burn of a blend of aromatic woods.
- FOSSA SHEEP CHEESE, from Sogliano al Rubicone, aged for three months in the typical pits where the re-fermentation gives it a particular aroma.
- BLU DEL MONCENISIO, a rare blue-veined cow's milk cheese, born on the border with the Susa Valley, is characterized by its bluish blue-veining with light notes of barn and hay.
- FOIE GRAS, goose and duck liver in a balanced blend, with a delicate, creamy and slightly spicy flavor.
- TRADITIONAL BALSAMIC VINEGAR, from Modena PDO, aged 12 years in chestnut, mulberry, juniper, cherry and oak barrels.
- WHITE TRUFFLE, of particular value and with an unmistakable intense yet delicate flavor, velvety yet assertive, for a pleasantly aromatic macaron.
