Details
"Gianduia" is a type of chocolate paste that originated in Turin in 1806, created by ingenious Turin chocolatiers who, during the Napoleonic blockade, replaced the now very expensive cocoa with the round, tender hazelnut of the Langhe region.
The Great Classics, offered in four creations, represent the ultimate expression of the classic nature of some excellent raw materials: from Sicilian Pistachio from Feudo San Biagio, to Almond from Noto, to Hazelnut from Piedmont, as well as the extra dark version based on single-origin Colombian chocolate 85%.
Tastes
- Feudo San Biagio Pistachio: white chocolate with Sicilian pistachio from Feudo San Biagio.
- Piedmont Hazelnut PGI: milk chocolate with Tonda Gentile hazelnut from the Langhe region.
- Val di Noto Almond: white chocolate with almond from the Val di Noto.
- Extra Dark Colombia 85%: Colombian dark chocolate.
