Adolfo Stefanelli often uses the word passion, passion for French viennoiserie, passion for chocolate, passion for an idea of classic pastry making that evolves. Salentino, self-taught, has worked in the organization of pastry shops in large hotels abroad and in 2018 he opened the first shop that bears his name in Milan; subsequently expanding with a second store in July 2023.
