MENU'

The Gourmet Box includes:

• Cantabrian anchovies 6/7 fillets 98g. They are larger and meatier than the national ones, with a more compact meat that does not flake.
• Whole porcini mushrooms in oil 320g. Porcini mushrooms are among the most sought-after and appreciated mushrooms in the forest, with an intense, aromatic smell, hints of moss and an excellent compact and “crunchy” consistency.
• Formaggella with truffle 400g. Truffle cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk and sheep's milk with the addition of black summer truffle to make this cheese unique.
• Cherry peppers stuffed with tuna 230g. Among the typical products of Puglia, they represent a great classic, appreciated for the perfect combination of the sweetness of the tuna and the stronger flavour of the pepper.
• Patanegra Jamon Iberico 100% 80g. Hand-cut by the "cortador", this special food manages to preserve its unique taste, with a herbaceous and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is tasty, rich and sophisticated.
• Champagne Jany Poret 0,75L. The Cuvée Jany Poret offers an elastic body characterized by iodized notes of fresh and ripe fruit.
