DESCRIPTION
A delicious hazelnut and milk chocolate brittle, with a very soft Amalfi lemon and Provençal almond sponge cake, a fresh Amalfi lemon marmalade, a creamy layer of Trilobata Piedmont hazelnut praline, and an Amalfi lemon mousse.

- Lemon Mousse: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, WHOLE MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), CREAM (35% fat), WHOLE MILK, pasteurized EGG yolks, food gelatin (100% pure food gelatin, GLUTEN-free), Limoncello (water, sugar, pure food alcohol, lemons), granulated sugar, water, Amalfi lemons (1.3%).
 
- Hazelnut Creamy: Hazelnut praline [Piedmont IGP HAZELNUTS (50%), granulated sugar, water, salt, Madagascar vanilla], CREAM (35% fat), whole MILK, food gelatin (100% pure food gelatin, GLUTEN-free), water.
 
- Biscuit: granulated sugar, ALMONDS, pasteurized EGGS, BUTTER (82% fat), freeze-dried EGG whites, type 00 WHEAT flour, Madagascar vanilla.
 
- Lemon marmalade: Amalfi lemons (60%), granulated sugar, gelling agent: pectin NH, salt.
