THE DETAILS Moet & Chandon Champagne Grand Vintage 2013 is a unique expression of its kind, a personal interpretation of the 2013 vintage in full Moët style, among the most elegant and pleasant in its category , of great elegance and pleasantness. The Grand Vitage 2013 Moet & Chandon represents the 75th released vintage of this version, offered to the most demanding public only in the vintages that allow for its qualitatively adequate development. Champagne Grand Vintage is characterized by a late harvest and the whole year of waiting shines through in its flavors and aromas, while remaining faithful to its glorious tradition. The 2013 foresees a perfectly balanced assembly , by the famous chef de cave Benoit Gouez, of Pinot Noir 38%, Chardonnay 41%, Pinot Meunier 21%, coming from very few carefully selected CRUs and destined for the production of this wonderful Champagne, in which the three Champenois vines complement each other harmoniously. Once the vinification process has been completed, the Champagne Extra Brut Grand Vintage 2013 Moët & Chandon is aged for a period of at least 7 years in the cellar and a further 6 months after disgorgement with an Extra Brut sugar dosage of approximately 5 g/l. Moët & Chandon is a Champagne with an unmistakable design, the bottle is black with the label with golden edges, the black tie and the golden yellow cap, with the white vintage in relief on the label , of rare elegance and prestige. A bubble that stands out for its elegance and sensuality, in line with the style with which the Maison has been delighting us for years.
