Blanc de Blancs from Ferrari's Maximum line, is among the first labels to be created by the founder, Giulio Ferrari. Today it wears the colors of the cellar, black and white, to which is added the red that has always been present in the coat of arms, for a result of perfect fusion between modernity and corporate history.
It consists of only Chardonnay grapes. The cuvée is ready, it then remains to refine for 36 months on its lees.
It has a fascinating and bright straw yellow color in the glass. Its scent is intense and fragrant, with notes of ripe yellow fruit that intertwine with the bread crust and hazelnut tones typical of the Classic Method. It is a fresh and satisfying bubble that delights the palate with hints of citrus that mix with mineral sensations.
Elegant aperitif, it can accompany a fresh buffalo mozzarella as well as a Sicilian octopus salad.
