PRALINES:
The pralines created by Enrico Rizzi have a soft heart, flavored inside with a specific ingredient, in turn accompanied by a specially created chocolate to enhance its flavour. The pralines are then covered with a crunchy coating of 64% dark chocolate.

Toro Albalá's Don PX was born in Aguilar de la Frontera, south of Córdoba, within the DO Montilla-Moriles, an area from which fortified wines similar in process and style to the well-known sherry originate. It is made entirely with grapes of the Pedro Ximenéz variety, left to dry for about 10 days on racks placed in the center of the rows so as to concentrate the berries
