Brilliant and luminous golden yellow, with refined and elegant perlage.
It boasts a magnificent depth on the nose, in which the ripe white pulp fruit is enriched by memories of brioche custard and pralines, by references to elderflower, ginger and hazelnut, and by honeyed and citrus nuances.
On the palate it is of exceptional finesse, characterized by a fresh and sophisticated structure, with aromas of honey, quinces and candied citrus fruits. Persistence is extremely long.
