
The philosophy of the Adolfo Stefanelli pastry shop is based on the creation of high-quality products for anyone and any occasion. The creations satisfy different needs, from options without flour or milk to vegan proposals.
Everything comes from constant research on the product, processing and artisan techniques, promoting artisan work avoiding the use of machinery to ensure freshness and fragrance. Excellent raw materials are used, mainly Italian, with the exception of chocolate and butter, of French origin.
Great attention is paid to the seasonality of the ingredients - such as figs, chestnuts and cherries for the Boeri - which inspires and stimulates the creativity of the recipes.
