The Alta Pasticceria di Quartiere dedicates to Cortilia a signature leavened product with an enveloping, structured and Mediterranean aromatic bouquet, thanks to Calabrian cedar, Italian orange and mandarin: a trio of candied citrus fruits that gives the palate an intriguing play of different consistencies. A Panettone made with one of the oldest sourdoughs in all of Milan, cold-ground wheat flour, fresh lactose-free butter, fresh eggs and acacia honey. Only excellent raw materials which, combined with slow leavening, allow us to obtain a dough with a perfect texture and unprecedented softness. The packaging was designed by the artist Antonio Aricò, with creativity and colors inspired by the ingredients of this limited edition panettone. Made with lactose-free Alpine butter.
