DESCRIPTION

An enveloping 62% dark chocolate mousse from Madagascar, a tart raspberry jelly, a warm creamy vanilla from Madagascar, a soft 72% Venezuela chocolate biscuit and a pistachio crunch at the base.

INGREDIENTS
  • Chocolate mousse: CREAM (35% fat),
    WHOLE MILK, dark chocolate (20%) [dark chocolate (70%) (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), dark chocolate (80%) (cocoa beans, sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), EGG yolks, dextrose.
  • Raspberry jelly: *thawed raspberry puree, sugar, granular animal gelatin.
  • Vanilla cream: whole MILK, CREAM (35% fat), granulated sugar, pasteurized EGG yolks, white chocolate (35%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), water, edible gelatine (100% pure edible granular gelatine, GLUTEN-free), Tahitian vanilla (0.6%)
  • Sponge cake: freeze-dried EGG whites, pasteurized EGG yolks, granulated sugar, dark chocolate (64%) (cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), CREAM (35% fat), glucose syrup (sugar derived from starch, water), WHEAT flour type 00, corn starch, cocoa powder.
  • Crunchy: dried BUTTER crepes (WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, skimmed MILK powder, water, colouring: caramel (glucose syrup, sugar and water), white chocolate (35%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), PISTACHIO paste (100% PISTACHIOS), anhydrous liquid BUTTER 98% fat, salt)
