Where should we meet? What if it were in Langa? The grape pomace for the most prized Nebbiolo wines, those used to create Barolo and Barbaresco, comes from this land of Pavese memories. The blending of these two grappas, after their long, solitary aging in the Mazzetti d'Altavilla barrel cellar, creates a blend that is a true poetic expression of the Piedmontese hills, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
