THE TASTING OF ENRICO RIZZI MACARONS:
Fine macarons prepared with crunchy wafers and garnished with delicious ganache, Enrico Rizzi's macarons represent the union between the Parisian pastry tradition and Italian creativity, in a less sweet version, better suited to Italian palates.
ACCOMPANIMENT:
The Champagne Brut Selection from the Nicolas Feuillatte winery, with great personality and charm which owes its name to the aging period of 36 months on the lees and 36 months in the bottle. The olfactory range is composed of notes of citrus fruits, flowers
PRALINES:
The pralines created by Enrico Rizzi have a soft heart, flavored inside with a specific ingredient, in turn accompanied by a chocolate specially created to enhance the flavor. The pralines are then covered with a crunchy 64% dark chocolate coating.
ACCOMPANIMENT:

Toro Albalá's Don PX was born in Aguilar de la Frontera, south of Córdoba, within the Montilla-Moriles DO, an area from which fortified wines similar in process and style to the well-known sherry originate. It is made entirely with grapes of the Pedro Ximenéz variety, left to dry for about 10 days on racks placed in the center of the rows so as to concentrate the berries in substance
