DESCRIPTION
Light mousse with two vanillas (Madagascar and Tahiti), a juniper cream, a Yuzu - Black Cherry - Japanese Gin jelly, a soft pain de gênes with Amalfi lemon and a Breton vanilla sablée at the base.
