Wicky's Innovative Japanese Cuisine Milano represents the conjugation of traditional Japanese cuisine with the best Mediterranean ingredients.
Within its special 6-course fish-only tasting you can find the best proposals for a one-way trip to the East:
- Mixed sashimi : sashimi (tuna, salmon, sea bass with Wicky's ponzu sauce)
- Triangle tuna : India, Japan and Italy, ingredients from the three countries. Seared tuna with Punjab pepper sauce, Japanese mustard, ginger and extra virgin olive oil
- Carpaccio of the 5 Continents : tuna, salmon, sea bass accompanied by a marinated sauce based on citrus fruits, lemongrass, ginger, fennel seeds, basil chives, fresh coriander, sesame oil
- Kan Wicky's Brand Special Sushi : 4 pieces of aburi nighiri
