DESCRIPTION

Classic shortcrust pastry cake with chopped apples and custard and covered with classic shortcrust pastry crumble and sanded walnuts.

Also possible with naturally gluten-free flours with 5 days notice.

Ingredients
  • Base : shortcrust pastry (00 flour for shortcrust pastry, Fiandino farm butter, sugar, eggs, salt, lemon zest)
  • Filling : apple pieces (diced apples, water, apple puree, sugar, apple juice concentrate, modified corn starch e1442, natural flavouring, acidifiers: citric acid e330 and ascorbic acid e300, preservative: potassium sorbate) and custard
  • Covering : classic shortcrust pastry crumble (00 shortcrust pastry flour, margarine, sugar, almond flour, water, salt, vanilla, lemon zest) and sanded walnuts (walnuts, water, sugar)
