DESCRIPTION

A delicious hazelnut and milk chocolate brittle, a very soft pain de gênes with Amalfi lemon and Provence almonds, a fresh Amalfi lemon jam, a layer of creamy praline with Piedmont Trilobata hazelnuts and an Amalfi lemon mousse.

INGREDIENTS
  • Lemon mousse: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), CREAM (35% fat), whole MILK, pasteurized EGG yolks, edible gelatine (100% pure edible granular gelatine, GLUTEN-free), Limoncello (water, sugar, pure edible alcohol, lemons), granulated sugar, water, Amalfi lemons (1.3%)
  • HAZELNUT cream: HAZELNUT praline [PIEDMONT HAZELNUTS PGI (50%), granulated sugar, water, salt, Madagascar vanilla], CREAM (35% fat), whole MILK, edible gelatine (100% pure edible granular gelatine, GLUTEN-free), water
  • Biscuit: granulated sugar, ALMONDS, pasteurized EGGS, BUTTER (82% fat), freeze-dried EGG whites, WHEAT flour type 00, Madagascar vanilla
  • Lemon marmalade: Amalfi lemons (60%), granulated sugar, gelling agent: pectin NH, salt
  • Croccantino: dried BUTTER crepes [WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, skimmed MILK powder, water, colouring: caramel (glucose syrup, sugar and water), milk chocolate (cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa beans, cane sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, BARLEY malt extract), HAZELNUT praline (granulated sugar, Piedmont HAZELNUT PGI, water, salt, Madagascar vanilla), Piedmont HAZELNUT PGI, anhydrous liquid BUTTER)
